This year your child moves onto playing with a full sized cricket ball. Players in this grade may start attending senior trainings on Monday night from 5:30pm-7:30pm with the potential to be selected for senior games. If you wish your child to attend these trainings or play senior games you will need to fill out a consent form and send it to us via email.
Format: Your child will play in a 30 over format.
Playing Ages: Players should be in Year 9, 10 or 11 at school as of 1st of September of the current season. All children younger will require assessment from our Junior Club Captain to ensure they are ready to play at this level.
Teams: 11 player teams. Trials commence on the 22nd of September between 10am and 11:30am and players must trial if they wish to be selected in the top teams.
Times: Training times will be sorted by your coach after muster and before season starts. Contact your coach or the Junior Club Captain for more information.

Gear: Basic gear is provided for this age group. Players are required to have their own box (groin protection) and should have their own gear.
Clothing: To participate on game days players will be required to wear closed in shoes, a sunhat and white pants. Players will be provided with a PMCC shirt after registration.
Rules: All players are expected to follow CMCA's Code of Conduct and Junior Grade General Rules. Parents should be present if possible on game days to encourage players and help coaches.
Coaching: The club is reliant on volunteers for coaching these grades. The coach will be responsible for team practices, looking after the gear bag and helping set up on game days. Your help is always appreciated, if you would like to volunteer for these sessions please contact the Junior Club Captain. We have plenty of resources if you're new to coaching and are happy to help with all enquiries.
